This book was given to me by William Fuller Borland. I first digitized it around 2000-2001 when I was in graduate school at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I never published it to a web site because it felt like personal family information. My intention was to print it on CDs and distribute them to family members as gifts. Naturally that never happened and eventually I lost track of the digitized version. I decided to try again in 2025 and this time not worry about who stumbles upon it. Better to be seen by a few random wanderers than nobody at all. What follows is a short guide on how to navigate through the book.
